Return/Exchange Policy for Shirts, Sweatshirts & Costumes


We 100% guarantee that you will be delivered a brand new product (unless described as used) that will leave you feeling more than satisfied. We stand by our products, so if you decide that the item is not for you, simply fill out the return/exchange form linked to on the top of this page and ship it back to us. You can return your product for a refund or exchange for up to 45 days from the delivery date. You will never be charged a restocking fee for a return or exchange with us. Only merchandise in resalable condition (as determined by MyPartyShirt.com) will be refunded. The customer covers the cost of return shipping. Items that have been worn, washed/dried in a dryer, damaged, stained, contain pet or human hair, contain holes, smell of smoke or have the tag removed will not be refunded. All returned items become property of MyPartyShirt.com. One exchange per item is permitted. You will not be charged for us to ship an exchange back to you via USPS first class mail. If you are mistakenly shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective upon arrival, your return shipping charges (USPS first class mail) will be reimbursed or a return shipping label will be provided. If a shipment to the customer is undeliverable for any reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges.

The following items are non-returnable unless unopened or defective upon arrival: Masks, wigs, facial hair, hats, helmets, props, food, drinks, lip balm, socks and inflatable items.

If you need to return an item, you will find the return/exchange form linked to on the top of this page. All returned items become property of MyPartyShirt.com. If you are mistakenly shipped the wrong item, or the item is defective upon arrival, your return shipping charges (USPS first class mail) will be reimbursed or a return shipping label will be provided. If a shipment to the customer is undeliverable for any reason, the customer is responsible for the shipping charges. Returns will not be accepted for merchandise that has been worn and/or is not in its original packaging.

All exchanges will be sent back to you via USPS First Class shipping or comparable service.
